- Visual Merchandising: Assist in maintaining visually appealing store displays, ensuring merchandise is stocked and merchandising guidelines are followed.
- Fitting Room Support: Monitor and maintain the fitting room areas, returning merchandise to the sales floor as needed.
- Operational Excellence: Accurately process customer purchases, exchanges, store credits, and returns, following standard operating procedures.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for the majority of the work shift, frequently bend, squat, and twist, lift up to 50 lbs., climb a ladder to reach merchandise and supplies, and see and distinguish between fabric patterns and colors.
- Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing sales environments, learn new programs, and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
