About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our experienced team of professionals to deliver high-quality behavior support services to clients in their homes. As an Autism Therapist - Behavior Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implementing Treatment Plans: You will work closely with our supervisors to implement programs and materials that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.
  • Data Collection and Reporting: Accurately collect and submit data using our online system, ensuring seamless communication with our team.
  • Professional Communication: Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, showcasing your ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • ABA Result-Driven Programs: Collaborate with our team to develop and implement ABA result-driven programs that drive client progress.
  • Professional Development: Attend meetings, orientations, and training sessions as required, staying up-to-date with industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Experience: Preference given to candidates with experience in autism and behavioral health settings.
  • Certifications/Licenses: High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, computer, and problem-solving skills.

Compensation
