Caregiver Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to join our team at Village Caregiving. As a caregiver, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and providing them with the care and companionship they need.

• Assist clients with medication management and administration
• Accompany clients on outings and provide transportation as needed
• Assist with personal care and hygiene, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Prepare meals and snacks for clients, taking into account any dietary restrictions or preferences
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including cleaning and laundry
• Collect and report information about client conditions and treatment plans
• Act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency

• Previous caregiving experience preferred, but not required
• Current CPR certification
• Willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
• Knowledge of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical endurance to complete required tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent
