Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Caregiver to join our team at Brookdale Newberg. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized care to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Assist residents with household tasks, such as vacuuming, dusting, and laundry.
  • Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care to meet their emotional and social needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans that promote resident independence and dignity.
  • Participate in training and certification programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in senior care.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive hourly rate of $15.50 - $18.94.
