FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Centers is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Clinical Director to join our team in Daphne, AL. Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management: Supervise and direct the activities of Physical Therapy Assistants, Rehab Technicians, and students to ensure smooth and timely patient flow.
- Treatment Planning: Develop and implement treatment plans based on patient data, including initial evaluations, discharge summaries, and progress reports.
- Staff Development: Provide training and education to staff members on physical therapy techniques, best practices, and industry developments.
- Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including payroll, filing, and requisition of supplies.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze treatment progress, patient outcomes, and clinic performance to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
- Education: Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (MPT or DPT).
- Licensure: Current state licensure and all other state-required documentation.
- Skills: Basic computer skills, computer proficiency, and strong leadership and management abilities.
