The Senior Solutions Architect will assist account managers through formal technical presentations and technical design assistance of GDT's solutions and service offerings to existing and prospective clients. The ideal candidate will own all technical aspects of a sales campaign and collaborate with the sales and services teams.

This role requires a strong understanding of technology, enterprise IT, and operational expertise, as well as excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining strategy, comparing alternative solution approaches, and building key relationships. They will also present at technical briefings and demonstrations with clients and partners to showcase GDT's value.

Key Qualifications:

  • Deep technology, enterprise IT, and operational expertise.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to define strategy, compare, and contrast alternative solution approaches.
  • Subject matter expertise in one or many technologies.
  • Proven experience in qualifying and positioning consulting engagements and services.
  • Ability to coach and mentor team members.
  • Experience in qualifying sales opportunities and deciding if GDT should move forward with opportunity pursuits.

Certifications and Education:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field is required. A master's degree or higher is preferred. The ideal candidate will possess a variety of OEM and industry entry-level, professional, specialist, and expert certifications spanning multiple vendors and technologies.
