  • Meet or exceed customer service expectations by delivering high-quality service and maintaining a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including hours of service, weight limits, and safety protocols.
  • Participate in pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and report any issues to the maintenance team.

Requirements

  • CDL Class A license with a clean driving record.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Class A CDL driver.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Eligibility Criteria

  • No more than 2 preventable accidents in the past 36 months.
  • No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months.
  • No more than 4 total incidents in combination in the past 36 months.

Disqualifiers

  • Any preventable DOT recordable accident in the past 24 months.
  • Rear-ends, ran off roadway, jackknife, overhead object, roll-over in the past 36 months.
  • Careless or reckless driving.
  • Following too close.
  • Passing a school bus or not stopping at a railroad crossing.
  • Violation of an out-of-service order or leaving the scene of an accident.
  • Speeding 15 or more over the speed limit.
  • Street racing.
  • Distracted driving, handheld device, texting offenses.
  • DUI, DWI, OWI, OUI, or any other impairment while operating a motor vehicle.

Safety Issues

  • No terminations for unsatisfactory safety or accident record from the driver's most recent driving position.
  • No more than two terminations or unsatisfactory safety records in the past 3 years.
  • No more than one (1) suspension in the past 3 years.
  • No violations of DOT Part 40 regulations.
