Job Description:

As an Occupational Therapist with Fusion Medical Staffing-Therapy, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our patients. We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated professional to join our team for a travel job in Fairfield, California.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational therapy and excellent communication skills. You will work closely with our team to provide high-quality care to our patients and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer treatment to patients as a licensed Occupational Therapist in accordance with the treatment plan and within established legal guidelines.
  • Educate patients, other health professionals, and family members regarding occupational therapy on an on-going basis.
  • Observe and evaluate patient responses during treatment; document and report findings as appropriate.
  • Follow hospital safety rules and procedures.
Requirements:
  • One to three years' experience as an Occupational Therapist preferred.
  • Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions.
  • PC skills.
