Key Responsibilities:
  • Comprehend and execute Crumbl recipes
  • Accurately measure and mix ingredients using various equipment to produce cookies
  • Decorate and present the final products
  • Ensure that all finished goods comply with food safety and quality standards
  • Welcome customers, respond to inquiries, make suggestions, process orders and payments, and deliver outstanding customer service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation, ensuring all equipment is sanitized


We expect you to:

Applicants should be prepared to stand for extended periods and lift heavy items as needed. Previous experience is preferred but not mandatory.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, along with effective time and resource management
  • Attention to detail, particularly in quality inspections of ingredients and products
  • Basic mathematical and computer skills
  • Willingness to work independently or collaboratively with team members to resolve issues, fulfill orders, and create outstanding baked goods
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment


It all began with a singular dream, two adventurous cousins, and the perfect blend of flour, sugar, and chocolate chips. Crumbl was co-founded by Jason McGowan (CEO) and Sawyer Hemsley (COO), who ventured into the baking world together. After numerous trials, they perfected the recipe for the world's best chocolate chip cookie.
