Job Overview

Global Go is seeking a highly experienced Construction Estimator to join our team. As a key member of our construction management team, you will play a critical role in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the most effective allocation of resources for assigned projects
  • Analyze labor, material, and time requirements in project proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents
  • Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
  • Negotiate with contractors to secure reasonable order costs

Qualifications:

  • 3-10 years of experience in construction management or a related field
  • Previous experience in commercial or federal construction management
  • Proficiency in estimating software, including RS Means
  • Familiarity with construction management software
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
