Leading Periodontist for a Dynamic Dental Practice

We are seeking an exceptional Periodontist to join our esteemed team at Dental Associates, Wisconsin's largest family-owned dental organization.
About the RoleThis is a full-time opportunity to run your practice within a practice, devoting time and energy to providing excellent oral health care and building high-quality relationships with patients. You will be part of a dynamic organization that values collaboration and mentorship, offering access to our exclusive in-house network of doctors, specialists, and support staff.
As a leader, you will have the autonomy to direct your team, schedule, and treatment plans, focusing on delivering outstanding patient care. Our robust internal support includes IT, marketing, staffing, scheduling, accounting, compliance, continuing education, patient financial services, reputation management, and more.
Responsibilities- Provide leadership to the dental team, ensuring positive patient experiences.
- Collaborate with other dentists in managing complex dental problems exhibited by patients, providing mentorship to generalists.
- Communicate effectively with team members, promoting an understanding of patient needs.
- Examine patients' oral cavities, making definitive diagnoses of soft tissues, hard tissues, and associated structures to determine the nature of conditions.
- Apply dental treatment modalities for preventing dental diseases.
- Treat dental disease.
- Perform dental procedures within the oral cavity.
- Conduct minor surgical procedures on hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity.
- Educate patients on oral and dental hygiene.
- Manage cases presenting with out-of-the ordinary dental health problems, including patients with behavioral issues.
- Degree: D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university.
- Licensure: Licensed in the state of Wisconsin or eligible for licensure.
- Certification: Board certified by the American Academy of Periodontology or eligible for certification.

We offer a competitive salary range between $200,000 and $300,000 annually, depending on experience. In addition to the total compensation package, benefits include vacation time, 401(k) matching, relocation assistance, continuing education opportunities, and potential bonuses.
