• Command H145 IFR/NVG helicopters in various flight conditions.
• Perform 24/7 operations with day and night rotations.
• Lead community outreach initiatives and follow internal policies.
• Support safety campaigns, including the Safety Management System and Destination Zero.
• Assist in patient and equipment loading/unloading.
• Provide exceptional service to customers while ensuring safety.

• A commercial pilot license (VE7A certificate) and First Class Medical qualification.
• Obtain an ATP within 12 months.
• Meet CAMTS requirements:
  • 2,000 total hours.
  • 1,500 helicopter hours.
  • 1,000 PIC helicopter hours.
  • 500 turbine helicopter hours.
  • 100 unaided night operations hours.
  • 100 combined NVG and unaided night hours.
• Maintain a body weight under 235 pounds.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Pass a physical exam, drug screening, and background check.
• Interview and acceptance from management.

• Estimated annual salary: $150,000 - $200,000 based on industry standards and location.
