Deputy Refugee Processing Operations Manager

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Refugee Processing Operations Manager to oversee and support all refugee operational activities within the Refugee Processing Center (RPC). This critical role requires a deep understanding of refugee processing procedures and strong leadership to coordinate with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the mission for overseas and domestic components of the US Refugee Admissions Program
  • Ensure alignment of RPC and RSC SOPs with Department of State policy
  • Supervise refugee case processing operations, identifying efficiencies and innovations in processing activities
  • Train and manage support teams, reviewing and analyzing reports, records, and directives
  • Coordinate Refugee Operations activities with software team, evaluating and improving procedures and practices
  • Assess data for decision-making and pipeline management, ensuring compliance with Department of State regulations
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with minimum five years of management experience in refugee processing or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in similar work, with a proven track record of leadership and team management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to prepare management, business, technical, and personnel reports
  • Experience in refugee processing from relevant government departments highly desired
