About the Role

As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff productivity, budgets, safety, and operations. You will work closely with the Assistant General Manager and General Manager to ensure the success of the store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee training and development of staff to meet company goals
  • Manage daily and weekly reporting and results
  • Hire and schedule staff for success
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Hold employees accountable for productivity, efficiency, and safety
  • Manage recruitment, training, and employee assessments
  • Ensure staff follows health and safety protocols
  • Prepare reports for upper management and corporate staff
  • Coach and train staff to improve performance
