Manson Construction Co. is seeking a highly skilled Superintendent to lead our field operations on a project in the Gulf and East Coast region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company policies and procedures are met in regards to safety, environmental compliance, quality, scheduling, budget, and customer satisfaction.

• Oversee all types of marine construction projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, engineers, and contractors, to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
