Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Procurement and Sourcing: Conduct thorough market research to identify and evaluate potential suppliers, and negotiate contracts to ensure the best possible prices and delivery terms.
  • Supplier Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Inventory Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage inventory levels, optimize stockroom operations, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  • Contract Administration: Review and negotiate contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular reports and analytics to management on procurement metrics, including spend analysis, supplier performance, and inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field, with a strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, with experience in procurement software and systems.
