Key Responsibilities
  • Interact with crew members and customers using our unique brand of 'Tropitude' to create a positive atmosphere.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling cash transactions.

  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the café.

Requirements
  • Legally able to work within the State and Federal guidelines.
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods, bend, lift, and carry up to 25 pounds.

Working Conditions

Crew Members can expect to have some early mornings, late evenings, weekend, and/or holiday hours. Comply with the Tropical Smoothie Café uniform and personal hygiene policies for each shift.
