Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, processing and dispensing prescription orders, and counseling patients on their medication needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and accurately dispense prescription orders
• Counsel patients on their medication needs and provide education on proper use
• Administer immunizations and other programs developed by Walmart
• Model and provide guidance to pharmacy staff on proper customer service approaches
• Utilize tools, data, and personal conversations to understand patient needs and stay up-to-date on emergent and urgent health issues

Requirements:

• Pharmacy license (by job entry date)
• Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program
• Strong clinical knowledge and skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
