We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Picca Pollo A La Brasa. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Provide prompt and friendly service to customers
• Prepare and serve drinks according to recipes and policies
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including wiping down surfaces and restocking supplies
• Operate a cash register and handle customer transactions
• Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service
• Meet attendance and performance expectations
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Previous bartending experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, including glass racks and supplies
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
