We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at H2 Health. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with communication disorders, including speech, language, and swallowing difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients to identify communication disorders and develop treatment plans to address these issues
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to patients to improve their communication skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in speech-language pathology
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Current state licensure to practice as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience working with patients with communication disorders
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
