Compensation & Benefits

You can expect a competitive salary, with an estimated $45,000 per year, paid weekly, plus opportunities for wage increases every 90 days. About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Activity Coordinator to join our team in Richmond, IN. As a key member of our community, you'll be responsible for organizing and planning programs, activities, events, and entertainment to enhance the lives of our residents. Your creativity and enthusiasm will inspire spiritual, cognitive, social, physical, and creative expressions among our residents.

  • Determine appropriate activity levels based on residents' cognitive and physical abilities
