Position Overview:
We are in search of an experienced Managed Care Primary Care Physician to become a vital member of our esteemed team. Our ideal candidate is passionate about patient-centered care and is committed to making a positive impact in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
The Primary Care Physician (PCP) will lead in our collaborative care environment, focusing on:
- Providing outpatient care from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with no hospital admitting or rounding responsibilities.
- Managing a limited daily patient volume, averaging 12-15 patients, to ensure quality interactions.
- Collaborating with a fully supportive care team to enhance patient care delivery.
- Adhering to a quality-focused care model.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- A degree from an accredited MD or DO program.
- Board Certification or Eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- An unrestricted Medical License and DEA Licensure in the state of practice or the ability to obtain it prior to employment.
- Current CPR Certification and Basic Cardiac Life Support certification.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, specifically ECW.
- Knowledge of Medical Advantage, HEIDS, MRA, and ICD-10 Coding.
- Experience managing a primarily Medicare-aged patient population.
- A demonstrated ability to navigate complex and multifaceted situations.
