Resort Ambassador

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Marriott Vacations Worldwide. As a Guest Services Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our owners and guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

• Check-in and Check-out Process: Welcome and check-in guests, review property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and provide information on local areas of interest and activities.
• Guest Service and Support: Actively listen and respond positively to guests' questions, concerns, and requests, and contact other departments to help resolve guest issues.
• Room Features and Amenities: Identify and explain room features to guests, such as the use of room keys, ice and vending areas, and other amenities.
• Follow-up and Follow-through: Follow up with guests to ensure their requests or problems have been met to their satisfaction.
• Communication and Teamwork: Answer telephone calls, route calls to the proper department as applicable, and may be asked to assist with bellman and runner duties depending on facility or location.

• Availability and Flexibility: Available to work various shifts, holidays, and both weekend days.
• Physical Demands: Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
• Lifting and Carrying: Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
• Background and Drug Screening: Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
