We're seeking a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our Production team as a Material Handler Seasonal at our American Canyon, CA facility.


As a Material Handler Seasonal, you'll be responsible for operating a forklift, reach truck, and stock picker to move bulk products and individual cases into staging and/or forward pick locations. You'll utilize RF devices to complete inventory movements, inspect products for quality and accuracy, and report any damaged products not suitable for shipping.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Utilize pick sheets, work orders, and/or RF devices to pull inventory.
  • Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
  • Report and document damaged products.
  • Stage products for our club assembly line.
  • Load and unload trucks in our shipping and receiving departments.
  • Notify supervisors of any mechanical or material issues.
  • Utilize safety equipment and observe all safety rules and practices.
  • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or distribution center.
  • Experience with RF devices.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects, 40+ pounds.
  • Wine industry experience is a plus.
  • Able to work weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Reliable transportation.
