Responsibilities

As a Mental Health Support Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing psychosocial interventions, assisting with basic activities of daily living, and participating in structured therapeutic activities. You will also be required to conduct data collection, perform physical examinations, and document patient care information. Additionally, you will provide empathetic interaction and education to patients and their families, while fostering participation in the program environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need a high school education or equivalent, along with two years of experience in a behavioral healthcare setting. A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification is preferred. You must also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated annual salary for this position is $43,000-$52,000, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
