Event Service Specialist
Prepare banquet spaces and deliver food and beverages while adhering to established guest service and sustainability protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
Organize banquet areas as directed by management.
Participate in pre-event meetings to understand specific details, including guest and venue expectations.
Serve food and beverages in the specified order and to the standards set by the supervisor to maintain consistency throughout the event.
Swiftly clear dishes as guests finish each course or at the conclusion of the event.
Address guest special requests and resolve any complaints effectively.
Comply with all local, state, and corporate regulations regarding the service of alcoholic beverages.
Adhere to sustainability practices as outlined in the company’s environmental initiatives.
Maintain safe working practices; utilize protective equipment and follow safety standards.
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience in food service is advantageous.
Ability to memorize and articulate menu offerings.
Work Environment:
Work hours may vary and will include weekends and holidays.
Requires prolonged standing, walking, lifting up to 35 pounds, and performing various physical activities.
