  • Refine or Redirect Proposals: Assist students in refining or redirecting their proposals, ensuring they meet the required standards.
  • Research Methodology Expertise: Provide expertise in research methodology to help students develop and implement their Capstone Project.
  • Timely Feedback: Give timely and thoughtful feedback on written drafts, ensuring proper content and depth in the project.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with Institutional Review Board (IRB) requirements throughout the project, from proposal to dissemination.
  • Progress Tracking: Regularly track student progress towards completing DNAP Capstone Project requirements.
  • Capstone Presentation: Attend the DNAP Capstone presentation, if possible, to provide support and guidance to students.

As a Capstone Chair at Keiser University, you will play a critical role in guiding our students as they navigate the demanding terrain of their Capstone Projects. Your mission will be to provide unparalleled mentorship, assisting students in refining or redirecting their proposals and employing your expertise in research methodology to help shape and steer their work.

Requirements:

  • CRNA with Doctoral Degree: Must be a CRNA with a doctoral degree to qualify for this role.
  • Expertise in Research Methodology: Must have expertise in research methodology to provide guidance and mentorship to students.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Must have strong communication skills to provide timely and thoughtful feedback to students.
