Job Title: Field Support Technician Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Field Support Technician to join our team at XPEL. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and configuring plotters at dealership customer locations, providing end-user training, and troubleshooting technical issues. Key Responsibilities: * Install and configure plotters at dealership customer locations * Provide end-user training on plotter functionality and XPEL DAP software * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with plotters * Perform preventative maintenance and lifecycle maintenance on plotters * Provide on-site technical assistance and support for XPEL DAP software * Troubleshoot, repair, and refurbish used plotter inventory Requirements: * Basic knowledge of plotter setup, support, and maintenance * Experience troubleshooting and fixing software-related issues * Strong communication skills * Ability to travel up to 75% of the time * Valid driver's license * Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs * Ability to lift items/packages (up to 45 lbs./15 kg) Bilingual: English and Spanish is a plus XPEL is an equal opportunity employer.
