About the Role:

We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Four Seasons Resort Hualalai. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you'll be responsible for ensuring that our guest rooms are clean, comfortable, and inviting. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will make a significant impact on our guests' experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare guest rooms for arrival, including making beds, restocking amenities, and ensuring that all rooms are clean and tidy.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding to their needs and requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with other housekeeping team members to ensure that all rooms are cleaned and prepared to the highest standards.
  • Restock linens, towels, and amenities as needed, and maintain a clean and organized linen closet.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our housekeeping processes.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Previous housekeeping experience preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
