  • 3-5 years of experience in the automotive sector
  • The ability to work autonomously with minimal oversight
  • Experience in assigning tasks to a unionized workforce and ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and productivity standards
  • Strong organizational and administrative capabilities
  • Proven skills in multitasking, problem-solving, and conflict resolution
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles
  • Familiarity with constraint management
  • Experience in safety and quality assurance is preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A fundamental understanding of PLC logic and control systems
  • Familiarity with FIS and Maximo systems
  • Knowledge of both production and maintenance workflows
