Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Distribution Process Owner Lead to drive the implementation of a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) at our MedTech Memphis Logistics Center (MLC) and Satellite Distribution Center (SDC) network. This is a key strategic initiative within the Ethicon and CSS Business Units, aimed at upgrading aging infrastructure platforms to secure our business today and lay the foundation for future transformation of our distribution capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a Concept of Operations for the DC in partnership with Operations and 3PL teams.
  • Work cross-functionally to generate and maintain specific operational process flows for all WMS functionality.
  • Define Minimum Viable Product (MVP) for all WMS processes and related functionality to meet the Concept of Operations and Johnson & Johnson Quality, GxP, IAPP, and security guidelines.
  • Create User Stories/Requirements for development by the IT Workstream.
  • Develop test scenarios and training for all processes.
  • Effectively prepare and communicate status reports regarding key milestones, deliverables, considerations, and risks within the sub-workstream to the broader workstream.
  • Ensure validation of systems in accordance with current GxP/SDLC processes and requirements.
  • Manage risks effectively, identify potential problems early, and assist in resolving or raising issues as appropriate.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required; focused degree specifically in Logistics, Supply Chain, Systems, or Business preferred.
  • Medical Device sector/industry experience.
  • Minimum four (4) years of related distribution operations experience.
  • Minimum three (3) years of WMS management, maintenance, or implementation experience.
  • Experience constructing and implementing Business and Operational strategies (Concept of Operations).
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and influencing skills.
  • Consistent track record to work cross-functionally.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a multifaceted environment.
  • Attention to detail and a drive for ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Preferred Qualifications
  • E2E supply chain knowledge and experience, such as operations, network planning, and/or systems implementations.
  • Expertise in SAP Order To Cash or ERP order management processes.
  • Experience in Ethicon & CSS Supply Chain processes.
  • Experience directly managing professional-level resources.
  • Experienced knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP EWM.
  • Agile Methodology knowledge and experience.
  • Lean, Six Sigma, or APICS methodologies knowledge and/or certifications.
What We Offer
  • Anticipated salary range: $90,000-$144,900.
  • J&J Flex: Hybrid working arrangement for eligible office-based employees, requiring at least 3 days on-site with the option to work up to 2 days remote per week.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically required. Location dependent.
  • Position located in Memphis, TN, with consideration for other US locations.
  • This position is eligible for severance.
