  • Repair and Rebuilding: Repair and rebuild power-ends and fluid-ends, using specialized tools and equipment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share knowledge and expertise, and to ensure seamless execution of maintenance tasks.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure clear understanding of equipment status and maintenance needs.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: At least two years of experience as a power-end/fluid-end mechanic.
  • Skillset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to lift, bend, and work in confined spaces, with exposure to moderate noise levels, vibrations, and bright lights.

This role requires working in a fast-paced environment, with frequent interruptions and deadlines to meet. The successful candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, delegate when necessary, and maintain a high level of productivity in a dynamic setting.
