Job Summary
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor, answer their questions, and provide solutions to meet their needs.
  • Process customer payments, direct opportunities to the Sales Manager, and maintain the appearance of the customer transaction counter.
  • Participate in sales campaigns, input customer information, update account statuses, and answer incoming phone calls.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals by effectively communicating with customers, promoting products, and building strong relationships.
  2. Maintain a high level of energy and productivity throughout your shift, multitasking efficiently while ensuring excellent customer service.
  3. Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management, including cleaning, organizing merchandise, and participating in inventory management.
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • At least 18 years old.
  • Ability to work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, both verbal and interpersonal.
  • Proficient computer skills and telephone etiquette.
