We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine physician to join our growing practice in South Bend, Indiana.
Job Summary:
The selected physician will see patients of all ages, from pediatric to geriatric, and provide comprehensive care, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the Ethical and Religious Directives for Catholic Health Care Services
- Participate in an ECHO learning project, connecting with specialist teams to improve treatment for specific populations, diseases, or conditions
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices through ongoing education and training
Requirements:
- Board Certification in Family Medicine within 5 years of Residency Program Completion
- Active membership status on the medical staff of SJHS-SB and/or SJHS-Ply
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and communication skills
