Job Title: Registered Nurse OR

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Registered Nurse OR to join our team at Surgery Partners. As a key member of our perioperative team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in the preoperative, interoperative, and postoperative phases of surgical patients.

Essential Functions:

  • Assess and prioritize patient needs, providing individualized care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient goals.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Monitor and report patient status, responding to emergencies and critical situations as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current Registered Nurse License.
  • Current American Heart Association BLS and ACLS certifications.
