Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Oilers and Lubrication Technicians to work on Heavy Construction Equipment on projects in the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing a wide variety of construction equipment, including cranes, pavers, and other types of machinery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment
  • Conduct oil analysis and read results
  • Keep accurate records of daily tasks and maintenance activities
  • Work safely and follow all instructions related to company policies and regulatory agencies
  • Flexibility to work night shift and weekends as needed
Requirements
  • Must possess a Class A or B CDL with X endorsement and Hazmat in order to drive a service truck
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical examination and be capable of lifting 50 lbs
  • 2+ years experience in the Heavy Equipment Maintenance industry or an educational degree in Diesel-related technical courses is preferred
  • Have own hand tools (up to 1 1/2 wrenches and sockets) and storage necessary to perform preventative maintenance on heavy equipment
  • Knowledge of oil analysis and ability to read results
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-motivated and capable of following directions and effectively working in a team environment
