About Us
Our practice is dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare services to primarily adult and geriatric patients. With 6 primary care physicians and 3 specialists on board, we offer a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages professional growth and satisfaction. Our outpatient clinic features pod-based workstations, allowing for efficient and productive workflow. We also offer flexible work hours (4 days x 10 hours) and limited phone-only based call responsibilities.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a guaranteed base salary, productivity incentive bonus, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, CME opportunities, and comprehensive benefits (100% coverage for providers). You will also enjoy generous PTO (approximately 6 weeks), malpractice coverage, and a 401(k) plan with up to 3% matching contributions.
