Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in hospice care is required, along with demonstrated clinical leadership.
- Licensure/Certification: Active RN licensure in the relevant state is required; CHPN certification is preferred.
- Additional Skills: Successful completion of both generic and department-specific skills validation and competency assessments. Ability to complete leadership training and education. Willingness to travel to various locations as necessary.
