Job Summary

Crescent Crown Distributing, L.L.C. is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Order Selector to join our team. As a key member of our distribution center, you will be responsible for selecting and preparing orders for next-day delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Order Selection and Preparation: Select and prepare orders for next-day delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory levels, rotating stock and ensuring products are stored and picked correctly.
  • Warehouse Operations: Perform all duties related to shipping, receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, loading, rotation, check-in, repacking, and security of products.
  • Physical Demands: Regularly lift 25-35lbs of product, push/pull 165lbs kegs, bend, stoop, crouch, squat, use arms, wrists, hands, and grasp.
  • Teamwork and Communication: Develop and maintain positive, cooperative, and team-oriented relationships with coworkers, supervisors, managers, and others.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Licenses/Certifications: Forklift and Pallet Jack certification; minimum of 18 years of age
  • Experience: Previously worked in a fast-paced warehouse environment, preferably with logistics or material handling experience
  • Knowledge/Skills: Excellent time management skills, strong communication skills, self-motivation, and attention to detail and accuracy
