Job Overview

Fine Line Vision is seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and meeting company sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized service to clients, explaining products and services in a clear and concise manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, processed orders, and service schedules.
  • Take initiative to resolve customer issues and demonstrate a "can-do" mindset.
  • Exemplify trustworthiness, hospitality, and a positive attitude towards consumers and staff.
  • Manage a team of Junior Customer Service Representatives.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service Representative roles or hospitality positions.
  • Ability to recognize, apply, and explain product or service knowledge.
  • Dedication to consistent learning and training to master the craft of hospitality.
  • Effective problem-solving skills.
  • Outgoing personality with a passion for helping others.
  • Excellent communication skills.
