Core Responsibilities:

  • Ensure safety protocols are followed in a high-energy workplace while making prompt decisions
  • Work autonomously and collaboratively in a team-focused atmosphere under pressure
  • Maintain a positive work environment and uplift team spirit
  • Provide clear guidance and maintain accountability on a daily basis
  • Efficiently move packages weighing up to 70 lbs from the ground to transport vehicles to meet shipping schedules
  • Mentor and train team members
  • Communicate effectively with fellow leaders and management through various channels

Physical Demands:

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Work in warehouse conditions, including exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels
  • Capability to walk, bend, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, managing a team of 15-20 individuals in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with effective communication abilities at all levels, both verbal and written
  • Familiarity with RF scanning technology
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
