Bilfinger Inc. is seeking a skilled Mechanical/Piping Construction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling self-performed construction work, preparing bid packages for subcontract work, and ensuring work is executed in line with safety, cost, schedule, and quality targets.
Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze engineering information packages for constructability and completeness.
- Develop executional plans and other deliverables for the field, supervision, and subcontracts.
- Ensure engineering information files and drawing files are maintained.
- Develop labor and material estimates, material takeoffs, and enter requisitions.
- Schedule crews and track progress.
- Collaborate with owners, engineers, and field supervision.
- 5-10 years of mechanical and piping planning experience.
- Experience with industrial process piping.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, time management, and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and intermediate skills in MS Project scheduling software.
- Understanding of Lean Construction Principles preferred.
- OSHA 10 or 30 Training preferred.
