Job Title: Drybar Stylist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Drybar Stylist to join our team at Balboa Bay Resort & Club in Newport Beach, CA.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional client experiences, performing high-quality blowouts, and adhering to Drybar's service standards. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the success of our shop and provide outstanding customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform client consultations to understand their hair needs and preferences.
  • Shampoo, blow-dry, and style clients' hair to Drybar's high standards.
  • Provide product education and recommendations to clients.
  • Meet scheduling requirements and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Attend mandatory shop meetings and contribute to team discussions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Requirements:
  • Valid cosmetology license for the state of California.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Comfortable using hot tools and hair products.
