We provide services for both residential and commercial properties, ensuring that newly constructed homes and buildings are immaculate during and after the construction process. If you have a keen eye for detail and a passion for cleanliness, this role may be a perfect fit for you.

Requirements: Must have a reliable vehicle.

Residential Cleaning Duties:

• Performing interior cleaning of new homes at various stages of construction to prepare them for occupancy.
• Mileage reimbursement provided.
• Work at diverse locations.
• Standard hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 4 pm.
• Both part-time and full-time roles are offered.
• Starting pay is $18 per hour.

Commercial Cleaning Duties:

• Cleaning the interiors of newly constructed commercial buildings.
• Daily mileage allowance of $15.00 for drivers.
• All parking costs will be covered by the company.
• Service areas include various locations.
• Shifts are Monday to Friday, either from 6 am to 2 pm or 7 am to 3 pm.
• Starting wage is $20 per hour.
• Potential for advancement to higher-paying positions, with earnings ranging from $28 to $42 per hour.
