INTEGRIS Health is seeking a skilled Registered Polysomnographic Technologist to join our Sleep Medicine team in Enid, OK. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our board-certified sleep physicians to provide exceptional care to patients with sleep disorders.
Responsibilities- Conduct a variety of sleep studies to diagnose and treat sleep disorders, as directed by a physician.
- Collect and transmit biological specimens for analysis.
- Perform and record routine patient assessments.
- Calibrate and adjust equipment, including troubleshooting minor problems.
- Abide by written policies and procedures regarding patient treatment and maintain high patient satisfaction.
- Assist in scoring acquired data and preparing it for interpretation by our sleep physicians.
- 2 years of college education and current BCLS certification preferred.
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist, Sleep Disorder Specialist (RRT SDS) certification.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
This position requires sedentary work with prolonged periods of sitting during data acquisition. The ability to lift and push patients weighing over 300 pounds is required. May be required to work overtime, late shifts, weekends, and be on call.
