Compensation and Benefits

The compensation package includes a competitive salary, quality bonus incentive, signing bonus, retention bonus, and comprehensive benefits.

  • Salary: $250,000 - $300,000 per year, based on experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
