About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Caliber Collision Centers. As a Collision Estimator, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive accurate and efficient estimates for their vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to determine the extent of the damage and estimate the cost of repairs
  • Use industry-standard estimating software to create accurate and detailed estimates for customers
  • Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of the repair process and estimated costs
  • Work collaboratively with our service center team to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in collision repair and estimating
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in collision estimating or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and industry-standard estimating software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
