Job Summary

The Wood Group is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Tech to join our team. As a Behavioral Health Tech, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure Resident Safety and Well-being: Provide a safe and supportive environment for all residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Meal Preparation and Service: Prepare and serve meals to residents, following the facility menu and ensuring dietary needs are met.
  • Chore Completion: Complete tasks listed on the facility Chore Sheet as directed by the administrator, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Medication Supervision: Supervise resident medication procedures, ensuring timely administration and accurate documentation.
  • Chart Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date chart documentation, reflecting resident progress and needs.
  • Policy and Procedure Familiarity: Familiarize yourself with The Wood Group's policy and procedures, including the employee handbook.

Requirements
