Key Responsibilities- Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, ensuring accurate exposure factors and high-quality images.
- Administer contrast media and medications within the scope of practice and applicable regulations.
- Monitor patient safety during procedures and report any abnormalities.
- Maintain equipment and ensure proper functioning, adhering to radiation safety guidelines.
- Submit high-quality images and documents to PACS, ensuring accurate patient data and history.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- ARRT certification in Radiography within 12 months of hire date.
- High school diploma or equivalent with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree within 6 months of hire.
