Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced diesel mechanic to join our team of skilled technicians. As a diesel mechanic, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of heavy equipment, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on heavy equipment, including diesel engines, hydraulic systems, and electrical systems.
  • Conduct diagnostic tests to identify and repair equipment malfunctions.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with other technicians and support staff to ensure efficient and effective equipment maintenance and repair.
  • Stay up-to-date with manufacturer recommendations and industry best practices for equipment maintenance and repair.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a diesel mechanic or heavy equipment technician.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
